I watched The Daily Show 'coverage' too and absolutely love the hell out of Jon Stewart - he's just too incisive and hysterical. And like you, I'm not very impressed with Jr.'s promise to reach out to those who feel the same way he does. Feh, I'm with the Daily Mirror on this one

I really enjoyed LOST as well - but I just couldn't help but laugh at the poorly written rock star story line for Charlie. In the beginning there at the church, I thought, hey this could be interesting. But it wasn't. And when he finally caves in. . OY. However....Charlie post-crash is really becoming a character I can get behind and root for. Not just a little side kick - which I'm grateful for. I enjoyed much his bonding moments with Jack and Locke, and I didn't mind the cheese at all with the moth-guide. Nope.
